Methods of use:
Room fragrance: 4–7 drops in an aroma lamp with water, 20–40 minutes
Bath: 3–5 drops mixed with 2 tablespoons of sea salt, milk, or honey, added to water at 37–38 °C for 10–15 minutes
Massage: 3–5 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil (almond, peach kernel, or grape seed oil)
Cosmetics: 3–5 drops added to cream, shampoo, or balm
