Usage:
Room aroma: 4–7 drops in a diffuser with water, burn candle for 20–40 minutes
Bath: 3–5 drops mixed with 2 tbsp sea salt, milk, or honey, add to water at 37–38 °C, 10–15 minutes
Massage: 3–5 drops per 10 ml carrier oil (almond, peach kernel, grape seed)
Cosmetic enrichment: 3–5 drops in cream, toner, lotion, shampoo, or balm
